Our Food and Drink Program

Our kitchen and bar motto is casual made great. We knew san pancho needed somewhere to watch a game without having to suffer through horrible food for the sake of a cheap beer. But then we saw the potential in that patio, and we figured why stop at a great burger? Both food and drink are built around the concept of approachable yet refined, this is reflected in our ingredients and preparation. Organic, non-GMO, vegan, housemade, terms we don’t use lightly in our menu. Everything from sauces, dips, juices, syrups, and more, made in fresh and to order

About the Founder

Juan was born in Mexico but grew up in Vancouver Canada. Vancouver is sandwiched between canada cattle country and the ocean, with rich culinary influences as diverse as japan, thailand, india, and more. Looking to get back to his mexican roots he moved back to mexico in 2020.

When not tinkering with the next miralo cocktail, you can find juan helping others find their paradise in san pancho through real estate. experience in both rentals and real estate is refined with an mba background and living in san pancho year round. let your server know if your curious about the market, juan is always happy to chat over a coffee (or beer).
